Pasta made from a mixture of
buckwheat and white flour, cut into strips;
Potatoes and Savoy cabbage are added
along with plenty of cheese, melted butter and
fried garlic.
Sciatt:
Ball-shaped cheese fritters coated in a buckwheat and white-flour batter and deep-fried in peanut oil.
